A typical bathroom usually utilises tiles for its floor and walls. Over time, these tiles will accumulate mineral and soap deposits, stains, and mildew that need to be removed. Here are some ways on how to keep your bathroom tiles clean. First, start by wetting a small section of tiles with warm water. Then spray a general purpose bathroom cleaner on them. Let the cleaner soak in for a few minutes then scrub the whole area with a kitchen scrub sponge. Use a circular motion until all the tiles in the bathroom are covered. Rinse them off with warm water.
If there are still deposits, spray the tiles with white vinegar, which you can use at full strength safely. You can also use tile cleaner but this requires you to wear gloves. If the stains and deposits still remain, you need to use toilet bowl cleaner. The substance is very caustic so you must not allow it to soak the tiles for very long. Rinse the entire area with clean, warm water to get rid of all substances and to wash away the residue.
